Davy J Goh

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

My career spanning more than three decades is highlighted with experience working  with local and international companies. I launched into the business world while studying in Canada where I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Calgary in 1987. My early career included stints at UPS, and global banks such as CS First Boston, Citibank N.A. and ABN AMRO Bank. I spent 12 years at DBS (Development Bank of Singapore) across corporate, retail and private banking.

My areas of expertise include formulation of business strategies, product management such as treasury, trade finance, cash management, factoring, hire purchase and corporate lending as well as commercial cards. I have also been a member of an asset and liabilities committee and made quarterly presentations to board of directors on business performance.

In the last six years, I have been appointed as a Regional GM for Singapore and South East Asia for a Chinese financial conglomerate, both working with Fintech companies and investing into Fintech companies to expand their geographic reach and strategic alliance with a strong focus on customer acquisition and financial performance. I helped to complete several mergers and acquisition of companies in South East Asia and North America. I have also been previously appointed as a Board Member of a Fintech company and as an Economic Advisor to the Philippines - Department of Trade and Industry.

Kai Tong So

Advisor to Board - Strategic Investments

Experienced fund management experience in the private and public equity, work in Bank of Nova Scotia, Phillip Capital, Silver Bullion and Kredens Capital Management. Most recent 2 posts as Managing Director of Silver Bullion and Chief Executive Office of Kredens Capital Management

Built Silver Bullion from ground zero to one of the biggest non-bank bullion trader and the largest private gold/silver vault.

Instrumental in helping  Kredens Capital Management in obtaining a Registered Fund Management License (RFMC) from MAS. And also successfully raised Euro 25 million for the first fund from institutional investors from Korea. The fund was used to build a Hard Rock Hotel in Brazil.

Was working in Nanyang Technological University as  fund raiser. Gain vast  working knowledge in Agriculture. Also establish a good network of high net work clients and businessmen in the country of Sarawak.

Currently established a company MYSG Enterprise to focus on agriculture and livestock investment in West and East Malaysia.

Kelly Yang

Investment Director

Broad – based expertise in the real estate industry, more than 20 years in development and project management from strategy, investment to transformation. Managed developments that exceed 10,000 ha in SE Asia.

Providing hybrid strategic methodology and interconnects technical expertise across the development lifecycle, embracing ESG and suitability, driving investment return and development qualities. During her stint as Managing Director with Surbana Jurong, successfully secured one of the key featured developments in ASEAN - New Clark City, a mixed-use development in the Philippines.  Established a SPV with a well – known Thailand company for a strategic industrial park development which will cross a few of the ASEAN countries.

As the Executive Director of Project Management in Colliers International prior to Surbana Jurong.  Built the project management business from ground zero to the top 3 MNCs preferred provider. Expanded the team capabilities to include industrial and engineering sectors such as cleanrooms, test cell etc.

Recently, was the Head of Development, SEA with Logos Property Group (Logistics Property Developer) for the past two years. Responsible for the SEA property investments and deliverables. One of the pioneers in the group that dealt with Data Center business in the Indonesia market.

Holds senior appointments with Johnson Control Inc, Cushman &Wakefield and Jones Lang Lasalle in her early careers. Worked with many world leading MNCs and also was the regional lead for several major accounts.

Krishanu Singhal

Chief Financial Officer

I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Delhi University, India and also hold Chartered Accountancy Degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

My career spans more than two decades of extensive experience in finance and accounts, investor relations, compliances, listings in Singapore and US markets, Singhal most recently worked for the NASDAQ listed Longfin Corp, Singapore, and US and Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust, Singapore.

Has extensive experience over two decades in varied industries Aviation, Banking, Real Estate, Fintech and Media & Entertainment.

My experience includes working with Sahara Airlines, ICICI Bank, Indiabulls Real Estate, Longfin Corp. and lastly in Spuul.

Core area is Corporate Finance, companies listing and compliance in Singapore and US markets.

Anndy Lian

Investment Director - Blockchain Technology

Anndy Lian is an all-rounded business strategist with more than 15 years of experience in Asia. He has provided advisory across a variety of industries for local, international and public listed companies. He is an early blockchain adopter and experienced serial blockchain entrepreneur who is known for his work in the government sector.  Currently, he is appointed as the Advisory Board Member for Hyundai DAC, the blockchain arm of South Korea’s largest car manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group where he looks after the governance and compliance aspects of the business. He is also the Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization, championing national digitization.  Anndy is also part of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Blockchain Special Committee, Government of Republic Korea, together with industry experts such as Brock Pierce (Chairman, Bitcoin Foundation) and Alexis Sirkia (Founder of Yellow.com), helping the province to grow using blockchain technologies.  He also played a pivotal role as the Blockchain Advisor for Asian Productivity Organisation (APO), an intergovernmental organization committed to improving productivity in the Asia-Pacific region. He advises the Secretariat on the latest concepts and applications of blockchain technologies in cybersecurity and IoT network data integrity across smart factories. Anndy played a leadership role in not-for-profit and quasi-government linked organizations such as Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) where he worked alongside policymakers, private sector decision-makers, and experts to create business value propositions for different industries.  He wrote a book titled “Blockchain Revolution 2030” and is published by Kyobo, the largest bookstore chain in South Korea. Together with co-authors, Park Young Sook and Shawn Hamnison, they share insights on how blockchain technology plays an important foundation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Jonathan Koh

Chief Commercial Officer

After graduating from university, I joined PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an auditor for about 1.5 years and audited a diverse portfolio of industries, from books to oil, and financial institutions. In 1996, I joined ABN AMRO Bank where I headed the management accounting team for 4 years. During this period, I completed an executive MBA course with University of Leeds. In 1999, I joined first-e Asia, a joint venture between OUB Bank and first-e Europe, as the Financial Controller, to launch an internet only bank in Singapore. The dotcom crash shortened my stay with the company.

My next 20 years was spent with DBS Bank and OCBC Bank, where I collected a multifaceted array of cross-functional experiences. In DBS Bank, I started as the Business Unit Controller, managing the financials for the Wealth Management Group, which covered the consumer banking, securities and private banking businesses. The following year, I became the Bancassurance Head, managing the Bank’s insurance sales and product development. The Bank was consistently ranked the top 2 in bancassurance sales in Singapore during my 5 years in control.

I joined OCBC Bank at the end of 2007 as Business Head for Premier Banking and managed it for 7 years. Revenue grew by 4x, customer base by 3x, sales force by 2x while customer satisfaction improved from 5th to 1st among all banks in Singapore. In this period, I started a new private client franchise, a family office unit, a premier acquisition team, a premier service management team as well as new products and capabilities, e.g.  custodian services, leverage financing and consolidated statements. In 2014, I was appointed the Regional Segment Head for premier banking, covering sales and service management in the regional markets, i.e. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong and Macau. The premier services saw rapid expansion with over 60 centres across the region during this period.

My last appointment in OCBC Bank was in Marketing, where I managed the marketing and branding for personal wealth and affluent segments, targeting Singapore, and the regional markets like China and Indonesia.  I delivered brand strategies, executed new digital and social journeys, enhanced the Bank’s brand presence, managed large customer events, and won awards for both above-the-line and below-the-line advertisements.

Clement Tee

Investment Director

Clement brings with him three decades of Financial Services experience. Most recently as Head of Wealth Distribution and Private Wealth. He held the responsibilities in strategic planning, sales and operations management and spearheaded strategic partnership. Led the bank growth and Ultra-high net worth individuals including business owners’ wealth to greater heights.

Previously Clement spent 11 years with OCBC Bank and last held the role of Cluster Manager managing the Private Client-Family Office, Premier Private Client, Premier and Personal Banking. He pioneered the Premier Private Client set up, gained recognition with a strong turnaround as a top achiever for individuals and teams with customer satisfaction.

Clement began his career as a Foreign Exchange Broker and rose as Regional Currency Desk Head. He progressed to a leadership role as Main Branch Manager and subsequently as Mortgage Mobile Team Head in the local banks.

Clement earned his EMBA from the University of Hull.

Desmond Chew

Investment Director
Desmond is an established Financial Services professional, having garnered more than 20 years of experience and expertise with eminent financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC and CIMB. Known for his global perspectives, he has spent time based both in Singapore and China.
Desmond’s area of specialisation is in corporate financing, primarily working capital and project financing for corporates. Through stints in Corporate Banking and Private Equity, he has been able to provide comprehensive solutioning services, combining perspectives both from debt and equity financing. Instilled with a balanced appreciation of risk and return, Desmond has not only helped many companies with their financing requirements but also provided much value-add through advice on treasury and capital management solutions.
An avid market watcher, Desmond has a keen interest in investing, employing strategies particularly of a contrarian bent. This has enabled him to offer much sought after, alternative views for his clients, leading to better overall business decisioning. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a financial services advisory firm, advising clients on capital management and structuring issues.
